About the Visual Word Series

The Visual Word Series is a devotional tool designed to help individuals grow in specific areas of faith using narrated bible scriptures and relaxing background music. Each video is 5 minutes long with pauses in between each scripture to reflect and meditate. The scriptures are also displayed on nice background scenery for an enhanced experience. Listen to the audio in the background while working or play the video on a large screen to create a tranquil atmosphere.

The website contains blog posts which share bible perspective on various life topics. The store contains devotional tools both mp3 audio and video formats. I believe when people grow spiritually it makes them more balanced and everything else falls into place.

Inspiration for the Visual Word Series

Inspiration for the Visual Word Series came one Tuesday evening in Bible Study. My Pastor began calling out scriptures on righteousness and I hurriedly wrote them down with the intent to study them. I was expecting only a few scriptures, but he kept going until he'd given us about 20 scriptures.

I remembered him talking on another occasion about how important it is to get the word into your system because it is the answer for everything. I like to read the word, but sometimes I would record scriptures over music and listen to them so they could become a part of me. Later I though video would make for a greater impact. In my mind, I began to visualize the word of God on screen, and hearing it at the same time. Then I thought, "What a great way to get the word into our systems." It is easier to watch TV or a video than to pick up a book and read.
